Specialized in EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a specialized therapy for processing trauma and distressing life experiences. Rather than talking through events repeatedly, EMDR helps your brain reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer hold the same emotional charge.
